Terms of use
In effect fromThese terms are the agreement between you and Mihail Tirdea, who runs Itemerary as an individual, when you use the app.
What Itemerary is
Itemerary is an app for recording what you spend on a trip, line by line, and splitting each expense between the trip's members. An AI model reads your receipt photos and fills in the line items, amounts and categories for you to check.
Free, with no warranty
Itemerary is free. It comes as it is, with no promise that it works without errors, that it stays available or that its sums and conversions are right. Keep your own receipts and check amounts before relying on them.
Nothing in these terms takes away any rights the law gives you.
Check before you save
The app guesses some values and reads others from photos. Check what it read before you save an expense, including its line items, amounts, categories and split. Correct any mistakes before you save.
Uses that are not allowed
Do not use Itemerary to break the law, upload photos or other content you have no right to share, or access another person's account or private data without permission. Do not attack or disrupt the service, or bypass its security or limits.
If you break these rules, Mihail Tirdea may suspend your access or delete your account.
Changes to these terms
These terms can change as Itemerary changes. The date at the top identifies the version and says when it takes effect.
Read the privacy policy to learn what Itemerary keeps about you and how it uses your data.
